About us

Worcestershire Community Foundation is one of the county’s major grant making charities, supporting community organisations of all kinds to help local people where there are the greatest challenges.

We work closely with donors of all kinds – from individual givers to businesses – who want to ‘give something back’ to this vibrant and beautiful county where many needs are hidden from public view.

We need to build relationships with donors so that we can really make a difference by supporting local communities into the future.

Why become a WCF Friend?

Our Friends programme is a membership scheme which will help you fund local communities
• You will join a like-minded group of local philanthropists who care about our county
• Your membership contribution will go to our endowment-based Community Fund – actively supporting a range of local projects*
• Monthly payments make it more cost effective and can raise 25% more through gift aid
• We will keep you up-to-date with how the fund is being spent and the difference it is making across Worcestershire
*5% of funds raised will help support WCF overhead costs so we can keep running.

How do I become a WCF Friend?

You can join as an individual or an organisation. As an individual you will be able to gift aid your regular donation.

• Sending you a special membership certificate for your wall or desk
• Sending you regular updates on our work
• Inviting you to our events including a supporters event

WCF Friends Membership Application Form

To become a Friend please follow these instructions.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
£240 per annum or £20 per month
You can either pay £240 in one sum or set up a regular monthly payment by standing order.

BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP
£1000 per annum

CHARITABLE & COMMUNITY GROUP MEMBERSHIP
£500 per annum

• Bank transfer (reference: WCF Friends)
• Cheque (made out to Worcestershire Community Foundation)
